i had exactly the same no sign of £10 ever no matter who or how many times i asked

i joined 888 ladies on 2nd of feb.i waited 3 weeks for my free 10 pounds to play bingo,but nothing,so i emailed support, still nothing so went to help room on site and saw a stream of people talking about not getting their free tenner.i mentioned in chat that my husband was a lawyer and the next day i got email from support saying my account was closed due to me not passing crucial management checks,which i find odd considering i have accounts at other sites and up until i complained i was able to log into the site and receive all their junk mail.
