Life changing win for Bristol couple

A couple in Bristol has come into a life-changing amount of money, thanks to playing on the bingo.

The money came their way after the 40-year-old women, who wishes to remain anonymous, won £450,000 on the National Bingo Game’s Platinum Jackpot play-off, reports the National Bingo.

She now plans to pay off her best friend’s mortgage, who she was at the bingo with, along with one other friend.

“We always said we would if any one of the four of us won anything big…This will be life changing for us all,” she said.

The lady added that her friend’s husband was away working in China and when they phoned him to pass on the good news about his mortgage he could believe it.

Her brother, who is a financial adviser, will now help the winning women decide where it is best to invest the rest of the cash.
