A big bingo win has wiped out all mortgage worries for one lucky man from Upper Norwood.
The fluky fellow, who wishes to remain anonymous, scooped a whopping �410,000 after he won the Platinum Bingo jackpot.
He said: "This will really change my life and make things so much easier for me and my family
"It is a great feeling and a big relief not to have to pay the mortgage each month."
The 58-year-old driver got lucky at the Gala Club in Camberwell and he says that he is still in shock over the win.
After playing bingo since the 70s, his dedication has now paid off and he will be able to treat his two sons, aged 14 and 24, as well as his wife.
The National Bingo brings together around 500 clubs everyday to play bingo, except on December 25th when they take a rest.
Furthermore, it is estimated that over three million people in the UK play bingo at least twice per week.
