Some students from the West Midlands were the organisers of a recent Christmas party on their school's premises - an event which included bingo.
Plantsbrook School in Sutton Coldfield has been running festive occasions for the community's older generation for almost half a century and this year they were able to enjoy the numbers game and a host of other activities.
According to the Birmingham Mail, there was a Christmas dinner served up, carols sang and other game played.
Head teacher Tracy Campbell told the newspaper: "I am really proud of our sixth-form [students] for their efforts in organising this community event."
