Jackpot Joy rated best for bingo

Opinions have been given, votes have been counted and the WhichBingo UK Site of the Year has been announced.

Jackpot Joy is the winner of the industry award, beating off competition from some big names in the sector.

Platinum Play Bingo came second in the ballot, while Crown Bingo, which recently named former Big Brother contestant Alison Hammond as a representative, finished third.

WhichBingo said that Jackpot Joy regularly provides big jackpots to those who like playing the numbers game.

It added: “The achievement of winning the 2008 award is testament to the hard work by the whole team at Jackpotjoy in making such impressive progress.”

Making up the top five were Bingo Liner UK and Sun Bingo – the latter relaunched under a new platform in 2008.

The sponsors of ITV1 programme The Jeremy Kyle Show, Foxy Bingo, came tenth in the chart, while other big name operators Ladbrokes Bingo and Mecca Bingo came 18th and 19th respectively.
