Chat Moderators are the most important company representatives for every online bingo site as, in the customer�s mind, they not only represent the company but they ARE the company. Under the rule of this principle, every serious online bingo site takes particular care of this essential matter.

Of course, gathering such a team is no easy kids� stuff, so shaping a solid and yet flexible online support / moderator team took a while to JackpotCity�s administrators. But, they finally did it, and this one is the team as it is today, in July 2009, after their last �acquisitions�: Billy, Amber, Danny, Chloe, Ruby, Danny and Jenna.
Although they are all English speaking people, they belong to different countries, so that all idiosyncrasies and bingo styles are properly represented � and understood. For example, Amber is British, but Billy, Jenna and Danny are American, and both Chloe and Ruby are Australian. When we learnt that there were some new moderators on JackpotCity, we talked to Tim Johnson, the company CEO, and asked him why they pay such a great deal of attention to their moderators team, and he stated that the company is committed to providing the player with the best bingo experience possible. Of course both moderators and support team members are those in direct contact with players, so they must be really professional, but friendly, flexible and highly proactive.
