Sharon denies she's an eX factor

Sharon Osborne has rejected rumours that she is set to quit the X Factor next year.

According to the Sun, Ozzy's other half is keen to work on other projects and has also felt "out of the loop" on this season's show, which has seen the arrival of Aussie popster Dannii Minogue onto the judging panel.

Kelly Osborne, Sharon's singing sensation of a daughter, has also claimed recently that her mum is desperate to win this year's series, having failed to do so since the hit programme began. It had been rumoured that Sharon had become increasingly frustrated that her chosen ones have lost out to Simon Cowell and Louis Walsh in past series.

While the Sun had insisted she was set to quit the show due to her increasingly heavy workload around the world, Digital Spy reports that there is no truth in the rumours.

"I have absolutely no plans to leave The X Factor at the end of the year, I've had great fun filming this year's series and I'm really looking forward to the live shows," it reports her as saying.

A spokesman for the talent show also told Digital Spy that the feisty judge was not about to leave the programme.
