The world's biggest-ever bingo winner has decided to share half of her £1.2 million jackpot with a neighbour.
Soraya Lowell, a 38-year-old cleaner from Hamilton, explained that her neighbour has been "very ill" over the last three years.
The cleaner's care meant that neighbour Agnes O'Neill's husband did not have to give up work and go into retirement early.
Now, Ms Lowell's decision to split her winnings with Agnes will mean that her neighbour's life will be a whole lot easier.
"We always share whatever either of us wins and this time will be no different," said Soraya.
Agnes, who is 68-years-old, added: "I have had a rough time the last three years - I have been very ill and Soraya has cared for me.
"She has been wonderful to me. What she has done for me is absolutely something else."
Christine Bradfield from Merthyr Tydfil in Wales was previously the world's biggest bingo winner, after scooping £1.1 million in January this year.
