From one celebrity sister to another, Solange Knowles has offered Jamie Lynn Spears a few words of wisdom this week.
The sibling of Crazy in Love singer Beyonce, told how she too was a teenage mum and advised that "you have to decide what is best for you".
Like Jamie's parents, who the press have noted have been largely absent during her pregnancy caring for Britney, Solange said that her mum and dad were on the other side of world during her nine-month-term.
She added: "Who are we to say what's right and wrong for a person?
"My son has been my focus ever since the day he was born. He's been the light of my life, the inspiration behind everything."
Solange was 18-years-old when she gave birth to son Daniel, back in 2004, while Jamie Lynn will be 17 when she pops out her and boyfriend Casey Aldridge's child.
Meanwhile, Jamie Lynn is reported to have been house hunting with Casey this week in her and Britney's hometown of Louisiana.
