The site has previously hosted Deal or No Deal games in which the banker from the popular TV show gives away cash.
Players loved the game so much that the people at Jackpotjoy have decided to bring it back for one night only.
Those who log onto the Deal or No Deal chat room on Thursday May 17th between 18:00 BST and 19:00 BST will stand a chance of being contacted by the banker.
If you are lucky enough to be chosen, the banker will offer you a cash prize or you can risk it all for the chance to win even more.
It is much like Noel Edmonds' TV show, only you also get to play bingo at the same time.
Taking part could not be any easy, with players simply required to play for real in the Deal or No Deal chat room between the times stated above on Thursday May 17th.
