The former member of Destiny's Child and Dreamgirls star was chosen ahead of actress Scarlett Johansson and Jessica Alba, last year's winner.
According to the site, the annual list, which is compiled by readers and staff, asks readers to "look beyond sex appeal and beauty" to choose women who demonstrate the most desirable characteristics in a potential partner.
"Whether on the silver screen, the cover of a magazine or the front of a billboard, modern media has generally promoted very specific types of female beauty with little input from males on what they actually admire about women," AskMen.com states.
The list can help provide an "insight" into what the average man is actually looking for, it adds.
Beyonce has been sitting at the top of the US Billboard Hot 100 charts with her single Irreplaceable for the past seven weeks, Digital Spy reports.
