At Gala Bingo Forresters Club in Sinfin Lane, Derby, the Nottingham women bagged herself the National Bingo Game prize of £20,000 together with the regional jackpot of £989 and the house winnings of £133.
She told the National Bingo: "I couldn't believe it when they told me how much I had won…You never think that anything like that will ever happen to you. I'm in shock."
The lucky lady, who wishes to remain anonymous, is a factory worker and has been a member of the Gala club since it opened.
It has proved to be a lucky venue for her as just two months ago she picked up £1,000 at the same club.
National Bingo reports that many celebrities are also fans of the game – Hollywood superstar Catherine Zeta-Jones has professed her love for bingo, as has pop hunk Robbie Williams.
