The Gala Bingo club in Cumbernauld, near Glasgow, "erupted" when a 44-year-old secretary scooped more than £100,000 recently.
The woman from Moodiesburn was celebrating her win with her mother and sister, who had joined her that evening to play and the lucky winner now plans to taker her family away on holiday, the National Bingo Game reports.
Commenting on the win, the woman said the whole bingo hall joined in celebrating with her, cheering and applauding.
"It's amazing! I won twice just before Christmas - £400 and £500 - but never in a million years did I think I'd win this much," she remarked.
Since taking up the game when she was 18, the winner has played bingo two to three times a week.
More than three million people play bingo in the UK, with the country boasting 688 licensed clubs, the Guardian reports.
