By Sarah Smithon Wednesday, 16 Jan 2008 Bingo Scotland was celebrating some success of its own this week.
The online bingo site achieved a higher ranking than any other Scottish site in the latest Which Bingo Site of the Year Awards voted for by bingo players themselves.
Bingo Scotland's Ben Starr said: "To be the highest placed Scottish bingo site is testament to Bingo Scotland's position as the most well established and largest Scottish bingo site out there." He added that the site was extremely grateful to its members for making it "a fun and inviting place to play".
The overall winner of the Which Bingo Awards was Think Bingo, which scooped the UK Bingo Site of the Year prize for "stepping bravely into the world of bingo".
Bingo Scotland offers its members a range of "specials" to benefit from including a "wad of Scottie Points" delivered to players' accounts each and every month of 2008.
Players can also "climb to the peak" from 8 pm on Wednesday evenings as part of a promotion which gives members the chance to scoop £10,000.
