A big-time bingo winner from Oldham is off on her first holiday of a lifetime after winning an amazing £50,000 on the National Bingo Game.
The 42-year-old woman told National Bingo Online that holidays had previously been off limits due to lack of cash. But this won't be a problem now, as she's taking her whole family on a trip to Blackpool.
The lucky mum-of-four won the prize money at her local bingo hall in Oldham where she has been playing for the past 24 years.
She completed a full house in 43 numbers, scooping the £50,000 as well as the house prize of £323.
She now plans to buy a car to take her five grandchildren out for day trips - but only after taking an intensive course of driving lessons to learn how!
"This win has been the next best thing to seeing my grandchildren born," she told the website.
"I'm so happy. I've always been as poor as anything and have never even had as much as £1,000.
"To start with I thought I had won £2,000 and I was pleased with that," she added.
