This is the second lucky scoop for the 47-year-old, who won £6,500 at the same Gala Bingo club eight years ago, reports National Bingo.
The lucky lady, who has declined to be identified, said that she was "shocked" and "very, very pleased" when she realised she had won.
However, she added that she does not yet know how she will spend the money.
"It's a huge sum of money to think about," she continued.
"The first thing was to ensure my mum and sister got their share, as we have an agreement to split any winnings, but beyond that none of us have made any plans."
The mother of three has been playing bingo at the club in Croxteth ever since it first opened.
