The lucky lady from Kirkby bagged more than £33,000 at the Gala Bingo club in the Stonedale Leisure Park in Croxeth playing the National Bingo Game.
She also scooped the club prize of £177, pushing up the total of her winnings even further.
The woman, who is divorced with two daughters and five grandchildren, told National Bingo: "I was shocked but dead excited on the night and my brother, who was playing with me, was ecstatic."
Following her win the 44-year-old divorcee who has two daughters and five grandchildren intends to take her family on holiday, buy her Christmas presents and pay off all her debts.
The National Bingo prize was £100,000 on the evening the Kirkby lady hit jackpot but two other players in Cramlington and Loughborough also completed house in 45 numbers and took a slice of the winnings.
An increasing number of players are choosing to play bingo online, using sites such as Kiss My Bingo and Foxy Bingo.
