Basing its contest on several criteria, including most creative and original, most "outrageously funny" and the "spirit of Christmas" award, Bingomania will be handing out cash prizes for those with names that impress.
Following the success of the contest last year, the site has added "a new twist" to the competition and is set to give more prizes to winning players.
Bingomania says: "It's time to put your thinking caps on and get ready for a chance to win with a new name."
Players have until midnight December 15th to change their online name and enter the contest.
Meanwhile, BingoBallroom is giving players the chance to win up to £10,000 to pay off their mortgage for a year in a promotion running until January 15th 2007.
Players can collect points to enter into the prize draw that guarantees the winner will receive monthly payments of £833.33.
