Nominated by her bingo buddy oxyfarehamminx, Lisarthur is a foster parent who taken in "troubled kids" and helps them through the trials of tribulations currently affecting their lives.
She wins an all-expenses paid trip to a Center Parcs resort of her choice for looking after the children in need "with a smile on her face".
