Though it was meant to be a big part of her comeback, Britney Spears' recent photo shoot for OK magazine turned into a nightmare, with the star acting strangely throughout.
The celebrity-gossip magazine had organised a "tell all" for Ms Spears following her recent erratic behaviour and had borrowed thousands of pounds worth of designer clothes for the photo shoot.
However, OK is set to reveal in its next edition that the 25-year old got all the clothes dirty, including letting her dog do his business on one gown and insisting that her friends, rather than the hired professionals, take care of her hair and make-up, with disastrous results.
To add to the magazine's woes, she then left the shoot and the interview before it was over still wearing clothes worth over $14,000.
"It was like a cry for help, really, it wasn't normal," said the magazine's editor-in-chief, Sarah Ivens
"We're really hoping that it will provide a wake-up call for her and for the people around her," she added.
Since Ms Spears filed for divorce from the father of her two children, Kevin Federline, in November, she has been in the news for all the long reasons, having shaved her head, attacked photographers and check into rehab over the past few months.
