A new draw has been launched by lottery operator Camelot that will help to raise money for the London Olympics and Paralympics in 2012. The game is entitled 'Dream Number' and is a twice weekly game that is due to take place once on Saturday and once on Wednesday. Tickets will cost £1 and the money will help to build stadia and the Olympic village. It is hoped that the Olympic-themed lottery games will help to raise up to £750 million for the London games. The chief executive of Camelot, Dianne Thompson, said that sales of tickets supporting the games had "got off to a tremendous start, exceeding our first year target". She continued: "We hope that Dream Number will prove equally inspiring to our players, not only for the chance to win gold themselves, but also to play a part in supporting the 2012 Olympic Games and Paralympic Games." The first draw of the Dream Number game will be held on Saturday, July 15th.
