Some of the prizes the online bingo site is giving away include a Fiat Punto and a Caribbean cruise for two.
A range of celebrity guests will also be making an appearance on the site to wish Foxy a happy birthday, including ex-Eastender Dean Gaffney.
The online bingo provider says: "Yes, it seems like only yesterday that we opened our doors for the first time and welcomed the first Foxy roomies into the bingo lobby. But it really is three years."
For players with their sights set on winning a new Fiat Punto, on Wednesday June 25th at 21:00 BST they should log onto Foxy Bingo, where they will be able to play for just £1.
Meanwhile, for those who are regular listeners of Foxy Bingo radio Brian Capron from Coronation Street will be hitting the airwaves this month.
The station will also be giving away more bingo points, CDs and iPods in its competitions.
