Gala Bingo was used as the start and finish point of a recent fundraising event in Ipswich.
A total of 136 women from the local area took part in night-time walk to raise money for charity Sue Ryder Care, reports the Evening Star.
The bingo operator was effectively used as the chequered flag for the ten-kilometre stroll and, alongside Sainsbury's, it helped supply the participants with refreshments when they had finished their good work.
Pierson McKenzie, one of the organisers of the occasion, described Gala and the supermarket giant as "great".
Commenting on the event itself, he told the newspaper: "It was terrific. We had women of all ages, from 13-year-old girls to an 89-year-old in a wheelchair."
Earlier this year, Gala Bingo announced that it has set the target of raising £1 million for Sue Ryder Care over the course of an 18-month period.
