The agency began work with the company in December last year but the contract has now been expanded to cover Gala Casinos and Coral Retail, which are also part of the company.
Paul Hammersley, managing partner of The Red Brick Road, said: "We're delighted that our relationship with the Gala Coral Group has become so significant."
The Red Brick Road's new advertising campaign will begin this month in Scotland and go nationwide from January 2008.
It will include TV commercials, 48 sheet posters, radio ads and posters on the sides of buses.
Since the introduction of more lenient advertising laws in September this year, which permit bookmakers and bingo companies to advertise on television, the scope for gambling advertising has increased dramatically.
This month Ladbrokes aired the first ever TV ad for online betting, which features ex-football player Jimmy Hill.
