By Paula Wilcock on Thursday, 3 Aug 2006 If you've ever wished your household bills would just disappear, you might want to think of entering Virgin Bingo's competition where the winner will have their bills paid for the next year.
The website's House Proud tournament will take place from now until August 27th, with players having to accrue loyalty points over the course of the month.
Tournament points will be awarded during games that take place each day from 10am to 11am, 4pm to 5pm, 9pm to 10pm and 1am to 2am. Players will be awarded points if they win the one-line, two-line or full-house aspects of each games.
Players gaining the most points over each week will win £100, while the overall winner at the end of the month will have their household bills paid for 12 months, courtesy of Virgin Bingo.
This will be covered by a payout of £2,375, which Virgin has calculated as being the average household bill payment a single household makes in one year.
There will also be a bonus prize of £500 for the person who calls house the most times over the month.
