By Sarah Smithon Thursday, 9 Nov 2006 Sir Paul McCartney has removed all traces of his ex-wife Heather Mills from his latest DVD release.
Next week sees the release of footage from his US tour last year and Heather is not mentioned anywhere in the film - although Sir Paul's caterers do make an appearance instead.
In fact, Heather's omission is made all the more obvious by the inclusion of many members of his entourage, as well as a host of celebrity cameos from the likes of Bill Clinton, Beyonce Knowles and Jack Nicholson.
The former Beatle's estranged wife had featured prominently in other DVDs and was even name-checked in a song title on a previous album.
Sir Paul's divorce from the former model has been one of the most public celebrity splits in history, with Heather rumoured to be wanting £80 million from McCartney's estimated £800 million fortune.
The music legend has recently been on the receiving end of allegations of drink and drug-fuelled abuse towards his ex-wife, claims he has vigorously denied.
