According to the British tabloid, Kate is the Don of north London.
The author of its Bizarre section makes the claim, saying that Kate has given fashion rival Sienna "the nod" and advised her to slip off to LA to allow her break up with actor Rhys Ifans to die down.
A "pal" told the paper: "Kate is the Godfather. If you don’t do as she says you are cut off by the family."
Unofficial daddy of the Primrose Hill Mafia, the supermodel is a close friend of Love Actually actor Ifans who has been in with the north London set, which includes Sadie Frost and Jude Law, for years.
Furthermore, rumours of tension between Kate and Sienna date back to when the latter took up with actor Jude Law shortly after his divorce from the supermodel's close friend Sadie Frost.
Croydon-born Kate was also said to be peeved that younger Sienna and stolen her bohemian chic dress sense.
After a much publicised break up of her own with Pete Doherty last year, Kate Moss is now dating mediocre rocker Jamie Hince of band-of-two The Kills.
