The SexyBack singer looked to have got over his split from long-term lover Cameron Diaz as he wondered the streets of Manchester with Biel.
The pair were spotted holding hands and even made a low-key appearance at Old Trafford where they watched Manchester United lose 1-0 to West Ham on the final day of the Premiership season.
It is not the first time that Biel and Timberlake have been romantically linked, with media reports of the couple getting together as far back as January.
They were seen snowboarding together at the Sundance Film Festival before partying together at Prince's Golden Globe after party.
Timberlake is currently in the UK as part of a tour and has been staying in Manchester's Lowry Hotel.
He has recently been linked with a string of famous beauties including Scarlett Johansson and former lover Britney Spears.
