By Sarah Smithon Tuesday, 13 Jun 2006 Pop princess Kylie Minogue has made a triumphant return following her battle with breast cancer, appearing onstage at her sister Dannii's gig in London.
The 38-year-old 'Spinning Around' singer joined Dannii in a few lines of "Jump To The Beat" at Saturday night's concert in the capital's G-A-Y club at Astoria, later presenting her sister with a bunch of flowers.
Kylie revealed that she had breast cancer in May last year and returned to her native Australia for surgery two days later. She had to cancel her world tour, but she was back doing what she loves best at the weekend.
"The crowd went absolutely mad when she got on the stage," club promoter Jeremy Joseph told Reuters. "It was the most incredible and emotional moment – a dream come true."
Dannii was performing at the Astoria to promote her new album and, according to one onlooker who spoke to The Sun, appeared a little embarrassed when Kylie started singing her song.
But that didn't stop them sounding "amazing", the newspaper reported.
