The bookies will become the official gaming partner of theSun.co.uk and Newsoftheworld.co.uk, offering online betting and gaming.
Amy Copeland, head of commercial development at News Group Newspapers, parent company of the Sun and the News of the World, said: "Ladbrokes is an ideal partner as, like us, they are a world-leader in their field and share our red banner.
"This new partnership means all our customers can access a suite of betting and gaming services using the same account, which is better for the customer and enables us to cross-promote our products more effectively."
The news comes as rival online gambling group William Hill is to relocate its gambling arm from Netherlands Antilles in the Caribbean to Gibraltar as a result of new legislation banning gambling ads for websites operating outside of the European Economic Area (EEA).
