A carpenter from Wandsworth has taken home more than £100,000 on the bingo, the National Bingo Game Association reports.
The 62-year-old was playing at the Palace Club in London's Elephant & Castle when he won a total of £100,375. He won £3,000 some time ago, but has never before had a win of this scale.
"When I called my last number, 26, I knew I was in with a good chance, but it was still amazing to be told that I had actually won," he said.
He has been playing bingo for 40 years and usually goes with a friend, who was with him when he won.
Since he's coming up to retirement age, he's looking forward to planning how to spend the money. "I'll be retiring in a couple of years and this win means I won't have anything to worry about," he said.
