By Sarah Smithon Friday, 22 Feb 2008 Billie Piper and her husband Laurence Fox have had had matching tattoos to commemorate their recent nuptials.
The pair, who married on New Year's Eve, opted to go under the needle after a boozy lunch on their Mexican honeymoon.
Speaking to GMTV, where he revealed his Beckham style body art live on air, Laurence said: "We got tattoos. I got inked 'Mrs Fox 31.12.07' and she got 'Mr Fox'."
When the show's host Eamonn Holmes went on to jokingly ask if the couple were still together Laurence quipped "We are – just".
Fox, who met former Dr Who actress Billie when they both appeared in theWest End play Treats, admitted that he is enjoying married life saying it is "great".
The couple married in a star-studded ceremony in their home town of Easebourne.
Guests included Billie's former husband Chris Evans and her Dr Who co-star David Tennant, in addition to Laurence's famous cousin Emilia Fox.
