By Sarah Smithon Thursday, 23 Aug 2007 Hollywood star Bill Murray has been caught drink-driving by police - in a golf buggy.
The comedian, renowned for movies such as Ghostbusters and Lost in Translation, was pulled over by police as he made his way in a golf buggy to a nightclub in Sweden.
Enjoying a night out, Murray admitted to police that he may have had one too many and may now be charged over the incident.
The star had been at a golf tournament in Stockholm and decided to make his way to the nightclub in the buggy, which he had taken from the hotel, the Daily Mirror reports.
Bemused detective inspector Christer Holmlund said: "I have done this since 1968 and I've never experienced anything similar."
Mr Holmlund added that there were "no obvious signs" that Murray was particularly drunk, but he was stopped by police because of the unusual sight of seeing a gold buggy making its way through the city centre in Stockholm.
