Girls Aloud's Nadine Coyle, 21, could be moving to Los Angeles to be closer to her partner Desperate Housewives star Jesse Metcalfe, 28, a source close to the singer has said.
According to the source, Nadine now regards LA as her "permanent base" and is looking to buy a house in the city, the Mirror reports.
The move may come after the pair briefly split-up in November and were recently reunited.
"She is now only going to fly in for a promotional work," the source told the newspaper.
"It's going to be tough for her and the group - but it breaks her heart to be away from him."
Meanwhile, Nicola Ward, 24, who turned down the opportunity to join Girls Aloud during the ITV Popstars: The Rivals programme in 2002, is now dating Irish-born Hollywood star Colin Farrell.
The singer told the Mirror that she and the 30-year-old actor have been on a number of dates, describing him as a "real gent".
