The lucky winner, who plays under the name cs61, won the cash prize while playing in the site's Million Pound Coverall Game, which is held every Friday and gives players the chance to win £1 million.
Describing her recent jackpot success, the winner said she was "thrilled" and was unable to stop shaking when she received the money.
"I can pay all my debts and change my life," she remarked.
BingoBallroom is currently giving visitors £1 to play 75 or 90 ball games, while the site also promises to double the amount deposited by people playing for the first time.
