By Sarah Smithon Wednesday, 29 Nov 2006 After four months of marriage, Pamela Anderson, 39, and her musician husband Kid Rock, 35, are to divorce, blaming irreconcilable differences.
It is not the first time the couple have split, having begun dating in 2001 and then separating in 2003, Sky reports.
The two were married in on a yacht in St Tropez on July 29th 2006 but a statement published on the former Baywatch star's website confirmed that they were filing for divorce.
Tracy Nguyen, Ms Anderson's publicist, told People magazine: "Pamela filed for divorce last week."
"It wasn't a happy Thanksgiving."
Ms Anderson recently said that she was "concerned" that the media coverage of the break-up would affect her children, Brandon, ten and Dylan, eight, hoping that she could settle matters "amicably".
Kid Rock, real name Robert Ritchie, also has a 13-year-old son, Bob Jr, with former partner Kelley South Russell, the magazine reports.
