Comedians Peter Kay and Matt Lucas hit the number one spot in the UK's singles chart with a re-worked version of The Proclaimers song I'm Gonna Be (500 Miles) in aid of charity.
The single was released to help raise money for this year's Comic Relief appeal, beating the official charity record - Walk This Way by the Sugababes and Girls Aloud - to the top of the charts.
According to the official UK Charts Company, the single is the highest selling number one since X Factor winner Leona Lewis hit the top spot with her hit A Moment Like This, in December last year.
Commenting on the record ahead of its release, Peter Kay said: "It'll lift people up and hopefully do a lot of good in the process.
"It was great of The Proclaimers and Matt to help bring the idea to life."
The Proclaimers said that they were "honoured" to be involved in the project.
