The ex-spice star, 33, was snapped by paparazzi while filming her fly-on-the-wall documentary with strange-looking parts up her legs and inner thighs.
The usually flawless fashion aficionado failed to disguise the unusual marks from the photographers' lens as she strutted around in high heels and miniskirt in the bright sunlight
It is thought that the super-slim celeb - who has moved to LA with David and their three children as he starts with his new team La Galaxy - could have been overdoing things in the gym.
Speaking to the Sun newspaper, GP Carol Cooper said: "She's obviously lost weight.
"I suspect she works out, which is why on her thigh you can see in sharp relief the outline of the quads muscle."
The comments coincide with the news that David Beckham is also set to star in his own reality TV show - David Beckham's Soccer USA - charting his debut with his new club.
It's due to be screened on the US channel, Fox Soccer.
