By Sarah Smithon Thursday, 20 Mar 2008 Pregnant Kerry Katona has put her reality TV series on hold after checking into rehab this week.
The ex-Atomic Kitten member has been admitted to The Priory for six days in the middle of filming her MTV reality TV series Crazy in Love, which features her and her husband Mark Croft.
Kerry's publicist, Max Clifford, has denied reports that she is having a nervous breakdown and said that she is being treated for her bi-polar disorder.
Mr Clifford said: "Kerry went into The Priory on Monday night. This was arranged weeks ago.
"The arrangement is that every six months she goes in for five or six days and assesses her medication, meets up with her doctors and has a rest because of her bipolar disorder."
Max added that this is the "fourth or fifth" time she has received treatment at the centre as she suffers from depression, often exacerbated by damming newspaper reports.
Earlier this year a British newspaper reported that Kerry's husband had been unfaithful and stated that he had told the other woman that he was only with his wife for the money.
