By Sarah Smithon Friday, 6 Jun 2008 Pretty in pink was the look pop princess Lily Allen was aiming for at this week's Glamour awards, but drunken and disorderly was the one she achieved.
The Smile singer, who has recently made headlines for going blonde, turned up at the glitzy event sporting a pink barnet and a bleeding-Bambi print dress.
All seemed to be going well for the daughter of Fat Les, as she picked up the Editor's Choice award and was seen partying with the producer of her forthcoming album Mark Ronson.
However, things seemed to take a turn for the worse and Lily was pictured being carried out of the event by a bouncer, seemingly too blotto to walk, and was put in a taxi home.
Writing on her MySpace the morning after, the self-confessed London town lover said: "I got very drunk last night, too drunk.
"It's not cool getting that drunk, I feel awful and I have to thank my little brother Alf for getting me home safely."
The singer has previously used her blog to hit back at journalists who criticised her drunken topless antics while she was at the Cannes Film Festival last month, but this time help up her hands to her sins.
