According to the site, the gamer picked up the four-figure prize of £1,299 earlier this month.
Congratulations were offered to the lucky player in the latest Ruby Bingo news update, which appears on the portal.
The company stated: "A big well done to scatty65 who hit our progressive jackpot on October 19th."
Operators of the numbers game site also indicated that it will be celebrating Halloween in various different ways in the coming weeks.
