Russell's Lucky Stars, which will launch in September, has a jackpot of £50,000 and is a mixture of online bingo and a lottery, designed to capture players' imaginations.
Players can place bets on 12 of the 80 balls and win money according to the number of matches they get to the 20 balls that are drawn.
The game comes as part of a move to raise Foxy Bingo's profile.
Simon Collins, commercial director at Cashcade which owns Foxy Bingo, responded to rumours that the company is making a TV ad for the online bingo brand fronted by glamour model, Jordan.
"We anticipate a good deal of activity from other advertisers between September and December, and we are planning to start with the new creative work for Foxy Bingo from January 2008," he told marketingweek.co.uk.
Celebrity Love Island star Katie Price, better known as Jordan, has been the face of Foxy Bingo since the beginning of 2007.
The model, who is married to Peter Andre, says that she loves playing online bingo and thinks that "everyone should give it a try".
