She is expected to get the boot ahead of Carole and Tracey, both of whom also face the public vote.
All three who are up for eviction received two votes from their fellow housemates but Sky Bet seems confident that the 22-year-old will be walking on June 15th.
She has been given odds of 1/33 to be voted off, while Carole is 15/2 and Tracey is favourite to stay at 33/1.
"We're hoping for something out of the blue to happen to save Shabnam, as we stood by our Shabs bets from last week's cancelled eviction and she was already a hefty loser then, so we're resigned to a big payout on Friday," said Helen Jacob, entertainment manager at Sky Bet.
Shabnam is not proving to be a popular figure in the house, having been put up for eviction twice but avoiding the chop last week as Emily was evicted early for using racist language.
Currently, Tracey is favourite to win the show outright, with Gerry and Chanelle close behind. Shabnam is least favourite to win, followed by Charley.
