By Becky Turner on Tuesday, 17 Apr 2007 A single mum from Newport, Gwent, has been celebrating after winning £8,372,751 on the Lotto.
Describing the moment she found out that shoe had won, Jenny Southall, 43, said that she was dancing as her winning slip was printed out, the Mirror reports.
"I suddenly felt sick - and still do, although now it's a very excited sort of feeling," she remarked.
Ms Southall, who quit her job as soon as her win was confirmed, said she is now planning to move to a larger house, learn to drive and buy a car.
Having never been on a foreign holiday, she also hinted that she might take a trip to New York and Egypt.
In related news, Lotto players in Northern Ireland were recently urged to search for their old tickets after a prize worth in excess of £500,000 went unclaimed, the Belfast Telegraph reports.
