Taurus is one of the four "fixed" signs (along with Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius) that are associated with focus and determination and you can always rely on one of these characters to do something once they are resolved to do it.
They hate to be rushed, instead preferring to go at their own pace and they usually take relationships very seriously and are extremely trustworthy.
One drawback to the Taurus person is the fact that they tend to go on and on about their pet hate, long past the point when everyone else has stopped caring about it. Also, they can be materialistic.
