Win a haunted hotel break with Foxy Bingo

Foxy Bingo is offering players the chance to win a spooky night in a haunted hotel this month.

"Our 'lucky' winner will be able to choose from one of three eerie establishments, each with its own array of frightening phantoms, terrifying tales and things that go bump in the night," the online bingo site says.

Bingoers playing between now and Halloween (October 31st) on Foxy Bingo's new ghost pattern will be entered into the prize draw - and will get two extra entries if they bingo on it.

The lucky winner will get to choose between the Royal Terrace in Edinburgh, Ruthin Castle in Wales and Feathers Hotel in Shropshire, and will have their train travel expenses paid too.

If you choose Edinburgh you'll be taken on a tour of spooky churchyards, the Edinburgh vaults and the haunted Royal Terrace Hotel itself.

Ruthin Castle is sure to be just as frightening - this 13th century building is haunted by "the grey lady", who killed her husband's mistress and was then herself executed. Her tortured spirit still stalks the castle grounds, striking fear into the breast of all those who believe in her.

Lastly, the Feathers Hotel in Shropshire is a stunning 15th century building, but visitors can expect to be scared witless by the ghostly characters that dwell within. A female ghost who pulls guests' hair apparently haunts room 211 and a Victorian gentleman and his dog haunt 232 and 233.
