Visitors to the online bingo site can win a "fun-filled" trip to a European theme park, a romantic trip for two to Venice or a "spectacular" weekend shopping trip to London, including £500 of spending money.
Alternatively, players can spend the £1,000 any way they choose.
Launching the competition, the site said: "At Littlewoods Bingo we don't do things by half and this time we've really pushed the boat out!"
To enter, players must deposit and play £20 before March comes to a close - with one entry for each £20 played.
Meanwhile, players buying their bingo tickets for games between 3pm and 4pm from February 15th to Wednesday 28th will receive another free, as part of Littlewoods' Half Term Buy One Get One Free offer.
