The 58-year-old, who wishes to remain anonymous, was playing with her sister and has promised to honour the prize-share pact they made before entering the bingo hall.
She main her fortune playing at the Mecca Club in Smithfield Road, Wrexham and won the National Bingo Game after calling a full house in 45 numbers.
The lucky lady told the National Bingo: "It was very exciting when I realised how much I had won but it shocked the life out of my sister … It's very much appreciated."
She added that with her 30th wedding anniversary just around the corner she is going to use some of the cash to whisk her husband off on a romantic break "cruising round the Greek islands".
Her two children will also be helping their mum celebrate her win at the bingo hall she has been a member of since just after its inception.
In related news, gaming website Wink Bingo is offering its players the chance to win an all expenses paid trip to New York this month to celebrate the release of the new Sex and the City film.
