Festivities come and go every year but all through the year, there are life-saving services undertaken by the Charitable Institutions. East Anglian Air Ambulance (EAAA) is doing such a noble service to the needy, right at the time they are rendered helpless across Bedfordshire; Cambridge Shire; Norfolk; and Suffolk of the United Kingdom. This Charity organization is operating independently, without the funding of the Government or National Lottery and is solely dependent on private contributions and fund raising from the public at large.
They have two ambulances with advanced medical equipments and rush to the help of people caught in life-threatening situations; cardiac arrests; traffic accidents on road; precarious incidents where people are positioned in in-accessible places etc. They need roughly over 3 million every year to carry on, and every day on an average EAAA attends to minimum 4 calls to do this benevolent service.
Crown Bingos CM Sapphire has suggested fund raising for the above charity service during the month of December, as Crown Bingo is helping charitable services every month by similar campaigns. She herself has inherited the fund raising activity from her father by decorating her house and garden with thousands of Christmas lights. Her father has been doing this for years and as he is indisposed due to a heart attack, the daughter has taken over the activity. Her local newspaper appeals for this Lights for Life with a view to help EAAA in its raising funds from the local public.
Crown Bingo has taken over to conduct a charity Game on Monday the 15th December between 7 pm and 9 pm to help this cause. Members are invited to take part in this noble cause of helping the people in distress through EAAA, while enjoying the fun of Bingo games. It will be befitting to think about the helpless people that are helped by timely service of EAAA on the eve of Merry Christmas, when your whole family rejoices in happiness.
