A trio of Scottish sisters received more than �33,000 when one of them struck it lucky at their local bingo hall.
Gala Bingo in Cumbernauld was where the three siblings won in the numbers game, earning �33,608.13 to share between them, reports the Stirling Observer.
It was 71-year-old Mary McGuire who picked up the prize, saying that she plays the High 5 game with her sisters three times a week.
She described the win as "incredible", saying that she never expected a windfall of this size.
"Everyone started congratulating me and cheering but we didn't even know what we'd won. We've hit the jackpot. It's truly amazing," Ms McGuire added.
The lucky player said she did not know what she would spend her cash on but noted it would be useful as it came just before Christmas.
